RUSAL says prepares 1st stage of Taishet plant for launch

MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- Russian aluminum producer RUSAL has started the last stage of preparation for the launch of Taishet Anode Plant, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The launch is scheduled for March 2020, the second stage is to be launched in 2023.

The capacity of the first stage stands at 217,500 tonnes of product per year.
